We have used Marlon on two projects in the last couple of years and have been very happy with his work on both projects.
The first project we used Marlon on was re-tuckpointing a very large chimney in 2010. We again used Marlon this spring (Spring 2012) when we had our entire two-story brick home in University City solid tuckpointed and our detached garage spot tuckpointed. On both projects Marlon was very thorough, clean and worked fast. Every day when Marlon was finished working for the day he would clean up from that day’s work and communicate what his schedule would be for the next few days. Marlon also did a great job of being respectful to our neighbors and didn’t make a lot of noise too early or too late.
Marlon is also a very courteous and trustworthy person. We received a great value from Marlon and highly recommend his quality work.
